Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients with autism, implementing evidence-based interventions to build independence and positive behaviors. Serve as a clinical team member by executing care plans, recording session data electronically, and fostering a supportive learning environment while collaborating with families. Provide these services in clients' homes or community-based locations, requiring reliable transportation and a calm demeanor. This part-time role offers paid training with no prior experience needed, featuring same-day pay and flexible afternoon or evening hours. A minimum six-month commitment is required for this entry-level position designed for college students or those new to the field.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
