Job Summary
The Kids Attendant is responsible for caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. This role involves greeting members, providing a safe and friendly atmosphere, registering and checking out children, engaging children in games and activities, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating with parents. Required skills include childcare experience, effective communication, and customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with CPR/AED certification. The position offers flexible work schedules and a competitive hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Proficient reading and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
- CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certifications as local/state laws require
