Job Summary
The Kids Attendant at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children ages 12 months to 12 years old, ensuring an enjoyable experience for both children and their parents. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, facilitating activities such as games and arts & crafts, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the childcare area, and effectively communicating with parents. Required skills include previous childcare or babysitting experience, excellent customer service abilities, proficiency in reading and writing, and the ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within the hiring timeframe.
Required Qualifications
- Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
