Job Summary
The Kids Attendant will be responsible for caring for children aged 12 months to 12 years, ensuring their safety and providing a positive childcare experience for club members at Crunch Fitness. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, registering and checking out children, facilitating games and arts & crafts, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates must possess childcare or babysitting experience, strong communication skills, and obtain CPR/AED certification. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications
- Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certifications as local/state laws require
