Job Summary
The Kids Attendant at Crunch Fitness is responsible for caring for children ages 12 months to 12 years in a positive childcare environment. Responsibilities include greeting members, ensuring child safety, engaging children in games and activities, and maintaining a clean workspace. The position requires childcare experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. CPR/AED certification is mandatory, but can be obtained post-hire.
Required Qualifications
- Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
- CPR/AED certification can be obtained within 30 days of hire
