Job Summary
The Kids Attendant at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is responsible for caring for children ages 12 months to 12 years, ensuring their safety and providing a positive childcare experience. This role includes greeting members, maintaining a clean working area, engaging children through games and activities, and effectively communicating with parents regarding their children. Candidates must have childcare or babysitting experience, strong customer service skills, and must obtain CPR/AED certification. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications
- Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
- CPR/AED certification preferred
