Job Summary
The Kids Attendant at Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is responsible for caring for children ages 12 months to 12 years while their parents enjoy their workout. Key responsibilities include greeting members, ensuring the safety and proper registration of children, initiating activities and keeping children calm, and maintaining a clean work area. Required skills include effective communication, customer service, and possession of a high school diploma or GED, along with childcare experience. CPR/AED certification is also required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Proficient reading and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
