Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as a key member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment while collaborating with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and an entry point into the ABA field with opportunities in Education or related disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Paid training provided
- No experience required
