Job Summary
Manage relationships with nephrologists and health care professionals in the kidney specialty; serve as territory account manager for kidney clinics; develop and communicate disease/product knowledge to HCPs; build strategic plans, map stakeholders, and navigate access/payer dynamics to optimize patient care; collaborate across functions to achieve territory and national goals; maintain regulatory compliance and demonstrate strong communication, sales, and clinical aptitude; travel within territory and support product launches with a focus on customer relationships and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Typically requires 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in kidney/renal disease, rare disease, or other similar biotech/specialty markets
