Job Summary
Kid Zone team members create a safe, welcoming environment for children ages 3 months to 12 years, engaging kids with age-appropriate games and activities, reading to children, teaching arts and crafts, promoting healthy habits, and ensuring policy adherence and safety. Responsibilities include supervising activities, maintaining a clean and secure space, assisting with community-building and member experiences, and monitoring pool/slide safety when applicable. Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. CPR certification and Trustline registration are required or facilitated after hire. Bilingual skills are a plus, and preschool/day care experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-school or day care experience desired
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Patience and creative energy to work with children
- Physical stamina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- Must be Trustline registered; In-Shape will facilitate this upon acceptance of offer of employment
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with pool slides
