Job Summary
Kid Zone team members create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for children aged 3 months to 12 years, leading age-appropriate games and activities, reading to kids, teaching simple arts and crafts, and promoting healthy habits while adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean, secure space. The role involves monitoring activities, organizing materials, supporting positive social development, assisting in other club areas as needed, and, when applicable, supervising pool and slide rules. Strong communication, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and CPR/Trustline readiness are important. Opportunity for growth and a vibrant team culture are highlighted in the role.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-school or day care experience desired
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Patience and creative energy to work with children
- Physical stamina to care for groups of energetic young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- Must be Trustline registered; In-Shape will facilitate this upon acceptance of offer of employment
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with pool slides
