Kid Zone Team Member

Job Summary
KZ team members create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for children aged 3 months to 12 years. Responsibilities include maintaining safety policies, monitoring activities, organizing and participating in recreational activities, reading to children, teaching simple arts and songs, promoting healthy habits, organizing materials, supporting social development, enforcing access controls, following all club policies, and assisting in building a consistent member experience. Occasional pool/slide supervision may be required. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities for growth and training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-school or day care experience desired
- Flexible/positive attitude in meeting and exceeding our members’ expectations
- Patience and creative energy to work with children as well as a high tolerance for childhood behaviors
- Physical stamina to care for groups of energetic young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work well under pressure and time constraints and displays positive behavior in all member interaction - kids and parents
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- Must be Trustline registered; In-Shape will facilitate this upon acceptance of offer of employment
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with pool slides
