Job Summary
Kid Zone Team Member responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children aged 3 months to 12 years. duties include enforcing safety policies, supervising and organizing age-appropriate activities, reading to children, leading simple arts and crafts and songs, promoting healthy habits, maintaining orderly spaces, supporting member experience, and, when appropriate, monitoring pool/slides. Requires flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays), strong communication, CPR/First Aid readiness, and Trustline clearance; casual work environment with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-school or day care experience desired
- Flexible/positive attitude in meeting and exceeding our members’ expectations
- Patience and creative energy to work with children
- Physical stamina to care for groups of energetic young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- Must be Trustline registered; In-Shape will facilitate this upon acceptance of offer of employment
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with pool slides
