Job Summary
Lead a team of 10+ employees by hiring, training, and coaching while setting daily expectations and maintaining high standards for merchandising and cleanliness. Own all aspects of store performance, including sales, payroll, and scheduling, by analyzing reports to identify opportunities and drive results. Oversee buying operations to evaluate and price inventory, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and building a service-focused culture.
