Meet the manager on duty to review daily assignments, assist members with check-ins and questions, and provide a safe, fun environment for children while parents work out. Include 30-minute lunch breaks and participate in free workout opportunities. This role requires genuine communication skills and motivation abilities, with no degree or certification needed. Training covers all operational needs.
