Job Summary
Oversee the 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour by managing food preparation, kitchen and lobby cleanliness, and ensuring all supplies are stocked to meet food safety standards. Answer guest questions regarding the hotel, local area, and events while maintaining a high standard of integrity and service. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through courteous, friendly interactions and accurate inventory management of food items. Maintain a warm, friendly manner that promotes Drury culture among guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
