Job Summary
Make our Kickback hour for guests by preparing and cleaning the 5:30 Kickback space; ensure the kitchen and lobby are clean and organized; maintain food safety standards and stock supplies; provide courteous, friendly guest service and a welcoming atmosphere; answer guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events; demonstrate integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong customer service mindset
- Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
