Job Summary
Oversee the 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour" through food preparation, clean-up, and ensuring the kitchen and lobby remain clean and well-organized. Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked while answering guest questions about the hotel, area, and events. Maintain a high standard of integrity and hospitality with a +1 Service attitude to promote Drury culture. Provide courteous, friendly guest service to ensure exceptional experiences for diverse guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
