Job Summary
Oversee the 5:30 Kickback program for guests, including food preparation and cleanup. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area, ensure food safety standards, and keep supplies stocked. Deliver courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude, and apply knowledge of the hotel and local area to assist guests and co-workers. Emphasize hospitality, integrity, and teamwork to promote the Drury culture and support a welcoming guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English
- Warm and friendly communication with guests
