Job Summary
Kia Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles in the Service Department using diagnostic tools and standard service equipment. Responsibilities include test-driving vehicles, installing parts per repair orders, communicating with the parts department to obtain parts, and ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and customer specifications. Flat-rate pay up to $35/hour with comprehensive benefits (medical/dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, telehealth) and relocation/sign-on bonuses. ASE-certified technicians with 3+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are preferred to join a high-volume, customer-focused dealership in Coeur d’Alene, ID.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years prior automotive technician experience
- ASE Certification is mandatory
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to pass criminal background check
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to meet corporate requirements (18 years or older)
