Greets customers promptly, obtains vehicle information, and clearly reports described symptoms. Determines and recommends needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history, then prepares accurate cost estimates for labor and parts. Establishes follow-up times and monitors repair progress while updating customers frequently. Verifies invoice reconciliation against the repair order and explains all completed work and charges. Requires ability to work hard with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Weekend schedule with weekends off.
