Job Summary
Perform maintenance according to manufacturer specifications using industry-standard procedures, tools, and technical manuals. Communicate additional maintenance needs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and work closely with service advisers and the service manager using diagnostic equipment. Follow checklists and company processes to examine, repair, or replace parts, carefully test vehicle functions while driving, and update job knowledge through ASE and automotive brand certification classes. Requires high school diploma, previous automotive service experience, and customer service skills; minimum age 18 with US work authorization. Preferred certifications include State Inspection and County Emissions. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to read and comprehend automobile characteristics and technical features
- Previous experience in an automotive service organization
- demonstrated customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum age of 18
- authorization to work in the United States
- Pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to your background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record
