Job Summary
Conduct operational excellence initiatives by identifying efficiency potentials in internal production and business processes and unlocking them through targeted artificial intelligence deployment. Design, implement, and continuously optimize modern AI services and workflows while enabling AI competency across the media group's publishing and non-publishing sectors. Deliver legal compliance for AI usage by ensuring adherence to external regulations and internal guidelines, and lead staff training and empowerment in adopting new AI tools. Work within the new AI Management Team in Augsburg, utilizing structured project management and change management expertise to drive the group's transformation.
Required Qualifications
- first experience in project and process management
- basic methods, techniques and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- high affinity to AI technologies and trends (e.g. GenAI/LLMs, NLP, RAG, Agents/Workflows etc.)
- ability to reliably assess potentials and application areas
- ability to communicate on an equal footing with developers and experts
- structured and analytical working style
- strong communication skills
- pronounced organizational talent
- knowledge of how successful change management works
- ability to design and conduct convincing trainings, coaching and workshops
