Job Summary
Oversee and manage the SME review and guidance process for the remediation of Know Your Customer (KYC) files. Utilize expertise to ensure files meet regulatory standards and that business processes and policies are correctly applied throughout the workflow. Manage the quality control process and the framework through which it is completed while performing corporate renewal reviews to high standards.
Required Qualifications
- oversight and management of the process of SME review and guidance for the remediation of KYC files
- expertise, knowledge and experience to ensure that files are completed to regulatory standard
- ability to work to high standards of quality in performing corporate renewal reviews of Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence
