Lead and organize the entire workshop operation in daily business, including planning utilization and workflows. Manage and instruct the workshop team, including apprentices, while overseeing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles. Ensure quality standards are met and contribute operationally to the workshop floor. This role requires a certified Kfz Meister with leadership experience and practical repair skills. The position involves a five-day week with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.
