Job Summary
Lead the daily shop operations and manage the workshop team, including apprentices, while planning utilization and workflows. Oversee all diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles, ensuring strict quality standards. Provide hands-on operational support alongside leadership duties. Requires an approved Master Technician qualification in the motor vehicle trade or equivalent, with prior leadership experience and practical repair background. Full-time role (40 hours/week) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system. ATU offers a 2,000€ relocation bonus, profit-sharing, and comprehensive benefits for this permanent position.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung im Kfz Technikerhandwerk oder einem vergleichbaren Gewerk
- Erfahrung als Werkstattleiter
- Erfahrung als Kfz-Meister
- Erfahrung als Kfz-Mechatroniker mit Meisterqualifikation
- nachweisbarer Berufsabschluss
- aktuell ausgeübte Tätigkeit in einem dieser Berufsfelder
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation zur Teamführung
- Praxis in Diagnose, Wartung und Fahrzeugreparatur
- Verantwortungsbewusst und strukturiert im Arbeitsalltag
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
