Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on vehicles of all drive types using modern diagnostic technology. Perform systematic fault finding and service repairs on mechanical and electronic components, preparing vehicles for technical inspections (HU/AU). Execute daily tasks in a two-shift system including early and late shifts from Monday to Saturday, working up to eight hours standing or walking per day. Requires a completed vocational training or equivalent certificate in automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or electronics, along with practical experience in diagnosis and vehicle repair. A German driver's license is desirable. Offers a 2,000€ change bonus, profit-sharing bonuses, and a clear path to workshop leadership through the company's development program.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Inland oder Ausland)
- Gesellen- oder Facharbeiterbrief als Kfz-Mechatroniker, Nutzfahrzeugmechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker oder vergleichbar
- Praxis in Diagnose, Wartung und Fahrzeugreparatur
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- Führerschein bzw. Fahrerlaubnis (Klasse B) in Deutschland wünschenswert
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung als Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, Kfz-Elektriker, Fahrzeugtechniker, Servicetechniker oder Diagnosetechniker im Kfz-Bereich
- frühere Berufsbezeichnungen wie Kfz-Schlosser
- Erste Deutschkenntnisse
- eine gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis
- Anerkennung im Ausland erworbener Qualifikationen
