Conduct glass exchange and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems, while managing daily operational planning and technical standards as a site operations manager. Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle return, handling invoicing, customer funds management, and dispatch creation. Execute quality assurance measures, manage inventory audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain audit-relevant standards. Requires Class B license, PC skills, and readiness for the subject matter examination. Full-time role with an entry salary of 3,200 EUR plus 300 EUR management allowance.
