Job Summary
Kfz-Mechatroniker/Kfz-Monteur (w/m/d) für Fahrzeugglas in Mainz – Tätigkeiten umfassen Reparaturen, Austausch und Kalibrierung an Standardaufträgen, ggf. komplexe Arbeiten in Begleitung von Experten/Teamleitern; Schulung in Flachglasbearbeitung; Fokus auf Kundendienst, Bedarfsermittlung und Verkauf von Value Added Products and Services (VAPS); Einhaltung von Richtlinien und KPIs; gegebenenfalls Mentoring anderer Teammitglieder; Teil des Carglass®/Berlon-Netzwerks mit Hauptverwaltung in Köln und Service-Center-Bonn; Einsatz in Mainz, Deutschland.
Required Qualifications
- “Standard jobs” repairs/replacements/recalibrations supervised or unsupervised
- May be allocated “Complex” jobs with Senior/Lead/Supervisor
- May learn flat glass cutting
- Customer service focus and understanding customer needs to deliver great service
- Ability to identify opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS)
- Understanding of company policies and procedures and KPIs
- Mentoring and supporting other team members
