Job Summary
KFSN-TV/ABC30 is seeking a Sports Anchor/Reporter who can cover local sports from the anchor desk and in the field, plan, shoot, write, and edit their own stories, and produce sportscasts. The role requires collaboration with another sports anchor, coverage of high school, college, and professional sports, strong reporting and storytelling across linear and digital channels, and active engagement with social media. Responsibilities include planning and executing coverage, developing sources and contacts, and representing the station at community events and promotions. Must have at least a college degree and 3 years of experience, with proficiency in writing, shooting, editing, producing, and knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Dalet; ability to work under deadlines and a flexible schedule is required. The position is based in Fresno, CA, and offers compensation aligned with pay rate as described.
