Job Summary
Drive profitability by managing cash control, monitoring inventory, and reviewing financial reports to take action as needed. Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers while coaching staff in operational excellence. Conduct inventory counts every other week and maintain a clean restaurant to ensure guests enjoy a quality product. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
