KFC Assistant General Manager

Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment while delivering excellent guest service and resolving issues quickly. Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies, maintaining standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation. Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees, and manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability. Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift. Requires at least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility, availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week, and physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate equipment.
