Keyholder- Year Round- Full Time or Part Time

Manage the East Hampton retail location by consistently meeting financial, operational, and visual expectations while maintaining an environment reflective of the Jennifer Miller aesthetic. Drive sales through effective client building, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and ensure high awareness of inventory control and loss prevention. Act as the manager on duty, maintain upbeat energy on the sales floor, and assist with web sales support during off-peak seasons. Travel to trunk shows across the US to plan events, host communication, pull collections, and handle sales paperwork. This role requires flexibility to work year-round and rotate between the Southampton location as business needs dictate.
