Job Summary
Keyholder at Torrid responsible for opening/closing store operations, customer service excellence, supporting store management, executing merchandise strategies, maintaining a clean and inviting shopping environment, performing register functions, driving add-on sales, and acting as Manager on Duty when management is out. Requires leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty apparel retail setting, ability to multitask while delivering an exceptional customer experience, adaptability to changing fashion trends, and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance
