Keyholder

As a Keyholder at Torrid, you’ll support store management with opening/closing operations and drive customer-focused sales while upholding merchandise strategies and a welcoming store environment. You’ll lead by example in selling and customer service to build loyalty, assist with KPI attainment, manage register transactions, support management in merchandise execution, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. You’ll need prior specialty apparel retail management experience, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to changing fashion trends, and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Physical ability to stand and move around, handle shipments, and move store fixtures is required. The role offers associate discounts, retirement and investment programs, tuition reimbursement, and sick time where legally required.
