Job Summary
Keyholder responsible for supporting store management through opening/closing operations and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Drive KPIs and sales by leading the team, executing merchandise strategies, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment. Manage register functions, provide product knowledge for add-on sales, and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of store leadership. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Emphasizes customer service, teamwork, fashion awareness, and adherence to company policies.
