Keyholder

Keyholder role at Torrid responsible for supporting store management and performing daily store operations to deliver an amazing customer experience. You’ll open and close the store in partnership with management, lead by example in selling and customer service, support merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment, and perform register functions to drive add-on sales. You’ll act as Manager on Duty in the absence of store leadership and work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities emphasize achieving company objectives and KPIs, maintaining fashion focus, and adapting to a fast-paced environment while prioritizing a positive shopping experience for customers.
