Keyholder/Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Operate the cash register and point of sale system accurately, perform opening and closing procedures, and make nightly cash deposits. Inspect textiles and goods to determine sale ability, then sort, hang, tag, and price items for resale. Complete daily reports including donation counts, business statements, and cash drawer balances while maintaining a safe, hazard-free work area. Assist in promoting the development of service participants and provide customer service. This role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, driving with a valid license, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Goodwill Industries of Akron serves Summit, Portage, Medina, Ashland, and Richland counties with a mission to help individuals prepare for and retain employment.
Required Qualifications

- Able to operate cash register, perform stock duties and provide customer service

Desired Qualifications
