Job Summary
Drive overall store sales by motivating staff to meet assigned productivity goals and collaborating with management to identify marketing opportunities. Demonstrate deep product knowledge while actively selling on the floor and developing associates' techniques to maximize revenue. Ensure exemplary customer service by resolving complaints quickly, maintaining constant client communication via database records, and empowering associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest. Support the Store Manager in developing events to grow the local market base and supervise scheduled staff. This commission-eligible role offers a generous employee discount and requires availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Hold Store Key
- Availability to work weekends and Holidays and report to work on a timely fashion
- Ability to support management with supervision of scheduled staff in the store
- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services
- Acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion
- Excellent communication skills
