Job Summary
Lead the retail team by assisting store management in achieving objectives, acting as a role model through guidance and training, and handling guest concerns with empathy. Maintain merchandising standards, manage daily operations including opening, closing, and restocking, and ensure clean visual displays while staying current on product features and promotions. Collaborate with staff to meet sales goals and handle key, cash, and security responsibilities. This role requires standing for up to eight hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing ladders, with open availability across all shifts. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or guest service experience
- demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle keys, cash, and store security responsibilities
- A clean, professional, and fashion forward appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment
- Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders for merchandising and stock
