Job Summary
Lead the retail team and achieve store objectives by assisting management with daily operations, including opening, closing, restocking, and processing transactions. Act as a role model by providing guidance, training, and support to help team members succeed while maintaining merchandising and visual standards. Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest, handle escalations with professionalism, and collaborate to meet sales goals. Take personal responsibility for staying current on product features, benefits, and promotions to confidently share accurate information. This role requires standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs, with physical tasks including shifting, pushing, and changing beds. Candidates need 2+ years of retail or guest service experience, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to handle keys and cash. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
