Job Summary
Keyholder role supporting Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team to achieve store objectives; provide guidance, training, and support to staff; deliver exceptional guest service; maintain merchandising and visual standards; assist with opening/closing, restocking, and transactions; stay informed on product features/promotions; collaborate to meet sales goals; handle guest concerns professionally with empathy; requires leadership experience, flexible availability, and physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials; QE Home benefits package and inclusive culture highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or guest service experience
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours; lift up to 50 lbs; move heavy objects; climb ladders
