Job Summary
Part-time Keyholder at The Mall at University Town Center leading from the sales floor to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver clienteling across the store. Responsibilities include achieving/exceeding sales goals, engaging customers and delivering personalized styling solutions, building client relationships, cross-selling/upselling, leveraging product knowledge to drive conversions, inspiring a high-performance selling culture, delivering operational excellence (opening/closing the store, stockroom organization, KPI insights), and facilitating UNTUCKit University training while maintaining a visually compelling, sales-focused floor.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager
- High school degree
- Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the store alone
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays.
