Job Summary
Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals while proactively engaging customers to deliver personalized styling solutions. Coach team members in real time to improve selling techniques, execute UNTUCKit University training, and inspire associates to exceed performance targets. Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment, ensure stockroom organization, and monitor KPIs based on customer feedback and sales trends. Open and close the store with full accountability for results and standards. This part-time role requires flexibility for day, evening, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance
- Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset
- High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for results

- Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the store alone
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
- High school degree
