Job Summary
Part-time Keyholder position at Baybrook Mall focusing on leading sales floor performance, clienteling, and team coaching. Drive sales, build client relationships, cross-sell and upsell, and lead daily operations including opening/closing the store and maintaining an organized stockroom. Requires high school degree, retail leadership experience, strong communication, and comfort with schedule variability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with UNTUCKit training programs and achieving KPIs is valued.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the store alone
- High school degree
