Job Summary
Conduct cashier duties, prepare merchandise orders, and manage banking paperwork while placing stock in the sales area. Perform general store maintenance including sweeping and dusting, and assist with unloading delivery vehicles up to 50 lbs. Effectively open and close the store following company procedures, assigning daily goals to ACEs when managers are absent. Ensure consistent execution of Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency while representing the store in surrounding communities. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Working knowledge of POS system
- Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
- A valid driver's license may be required
