Job Summary
Cashier and customer sales, preparing merchandise orders, banking, and miscellaneous paperwork. Place small items into stock in the sales area, sweep, dust, and perform general store maintenance. Assist in unloading delivery vehicles and moving cases and bags of pet food and supplies into stock. Effectively open and close the store while following company procedures. Assign daily goals and tasks to ACEs when Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager are absent. This role requires at least two years of retail or customer service experience, working knowledge of the POS system, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Working knowledge of POS system
- Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
- A valid driver's license may be required
