Job Summary
Keyholder at Pet Valu supports day-to-day store operations and customer interactions. Responsibilities include cashiering and customer sales, preparing merchandise orders and banking, stocking items (up to 50 lbs), general store maintenance, assisting with unloading deliveries, and helping open/close the store while following procedures. Requires an outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer service skills, experience with POS systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
