Job Summary
Key Holder role supporting management to create a welcoming, customer-focused environment across sales floor, fitting room and cash desk. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer experience, processing transactions accurately, leveraging product knowledge and promotions to drive sales, maintaining merchandising and presentation standards, assisting with opening/closing procedures, and offering styling advice to contribute to an engaging, inclusive shopping experience. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, fashion knowledge, proficiency with POS/ERP/ATS systems and Microsoft Office, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma required; 2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
