Job Summary
Key Holder will support the management team in delivering an outstanding customer experience and executing store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, aiding fitting room and checkout transactions, applying product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales, maintaining merchandising standards, supporting opening/closing procedures, and providing styling guidance to maintain an engaging, inclusive shopping environment. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office. High school diploma required; flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet)
